Frequently Asked Questions

DO I NEED TO RSVP OR BUY A TICKET TO COME?
No — just show up! Everyone is welcome, no strings attached.

HOW LONG DOES THE SERVICE RUN FOR?
Our service usually runs from 4:00 pm to 5:20 pm (sometimes even shorter).

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Arriving about 10 minutes early gives you time to park, say hello, sign in your kids, and find a seat before we begin. Don’t worry if you arrive late — you can quietly slip in and find a seat anytime.

WHERE CAN I PARK?
We have limited car parking through the front gates (including disabled parking). There’s also plenty of street parking on Gedville Rd and the surrounding streets.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ARRIVE?
You’ll be greeted at the door by our welcome team — they’re here to help! Feel free to find a seat anywhere in the main auditorium; there are no assigned seats.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SERVICE?
Our service includes worship (live Christ-focused music), communion (the bread, which is gluten-free and the grape juice) and a relevant and encouraging 20-25 minute bible based message (sermon). There’s always an opportunity at the end of the service to ask for prayer or to ask questions about the message.

DO YOU ASK FOR MONEY?
If you’re visiting, we don’t want anything from you — we’re just glad you’re here!
We do take up an offering during the service for those who call CFC Lefevre their home church. This helps fund our services, facilities, and community programs.

IS THERE SOMETHING FOR THE KIDS/YOUTH?
Yes! Sunday school runs during the service (after worship and communion) for children in Reception–Year 5.
A youth program runs every second week for Years 6–12, with fun activities and deep chats.
Our whole team is trained, friendly, and has Working with Children Checks.

DO I HAVE TO WEAR OR BRING ANYTHING SPECIFIC?
Come as you are — no dress code! Just wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

ARE THE TOILETS EASY TO FIND?
Yes — including accessible toilets. They’re located just outside the auditorium, straight ahead when you enter.

WHAT IF I USE A WHEELCHAIR?
We have wheelchair parking in the car park, and the auditorium is fully accessible.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE SERVICE?
Stick around! We’d love to chat with you and get to know you better. Kids can keep playing on the playground, supervised by our kids’ team leaders.
On the first Sunday of each month, we share a community dinner — everyone’s welcome to join! The cost is around $5–$10 per person, and all proceeds go toward churches we support overseas. It’s a great way to meet people and enjoy some good food together.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CONNECT AND GET INVOLVED?
Ask one of our Team Members on a Sunday for more info, or send us an email us on office@lefevrecfc.com.

HOW CAN I LEARN MORE ABOUT JESUS OR FAITH?

Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time or want to go deeper, we’d love to help you on this journey. Come chat with us on a Sunday, or send us an email on office@lefevrecfc.com so we can connect you with the right people — maybe even attend a home group which is a smaller church meeting held at someones home,  where you can ask questions and learn in community.
